Wadaman Sesame!  This is gorgeous, rich, velvety and golden with a beautiful, fresh nutty flavour. The process requires so much care-  starting with washing, drying, roasting, and finally separating out the best seeds is incredible.

If all you have is a bowl of steamed rice and this to drizzle on it - you are rich. x We also like it on our popcorn, kimchi, and steamed greens. Not for cooking with - too precious.
