Instructions
Heat in microwave for 90 seconds, if more heat is needed, add 30 seconds. Do not microwave for more than 2 minutes per use. Do not reheat until sack is completely cooled to room temperature. Microwave heating strengths vary, always test for hot spots and temperature before using.
